WE ARE CERTIFIED FOR GENDER EQUALITY
Each department manager is responsible for ensuring that hiring, training, compensation, promotion, transfer, and termination processes are fair and gender-neutral. Furthermore, since October 2024, we have received the UNI PdR 125:2022 certification for Gender Equality, implementing comprehensive measures in human resources, diversity, and inclusion.

WE BELIEVE IN TRAINING
The development of professional skills and the growth of competencies are crucial for maintaining competitiveness. In 2023, we delivered 3,504 hours of training, marking an 87% increase compared to 2022. The training programmes were focused on health and safety, core competencies, and technical-specialised skills. We also organised customised courses aimed at enhancing both technical skills (such as language proficiency and software knowledge) and soft skills (such as communication and project management).
