Azienda Agricola Ferrari Nunzio
The farm was bought by Fabio’s parents in 1971 and later expanded with the purchase of a stable. Today the farm counts 70 animals, 40 of which are lactating, and also grows fodder for the animals.
“The best thing about this job is the contact with nature and the animals, since I was a child I enjoyed growing up here. Another passion of mine is collecting truffles because it allows me to spend time in the woods and in the countryside.”
A new shed in which to store fodder and equipment is part of the future plans in which the farm wants to invest.
“It takes patience and sacrifice but the greatest satisfaction is being able to see the fruit of your labour”.
