Our certified quality

The consumers’ trust can only be earned by granting them the fundamental right to know what it is they are eating. That is why DalterFood Group aims for excellence when it comes to food hygiene and safety.

“When the product comes to us, it is our job to transform it into value. Although we are confident of the quality of the cheeses we receive, we nonetheless constantly perform chemical, organoleptic, microbiological and nutritional tests on both our raw materials and our finished products. We believe that responsibility for the quality of the products we put on the market is an essential topic. In addition to being producers, we are also co-packers, which means that well-known retailers affix their brand labels onto that which we produce.”

These certifications apply to the products made in our plant at Sant’Ilario d’Enza (Reggio Emilia, 42049), which are labelled with the following identification stamp: IT 08 158 CE.
